On May 13, 2025, the Gracesoft application experienced a temporary disruption followed by performance issues, which were resolved within a short time frame.

  • Initial Issue Resolved: 5:50 PM CST (May 13)
    Issue: Application downtime — system became unresponsive.

  • Performance Issues Detected: 5:50 PM – 6:59 PM CST (May 13)
    Issue: Sluggish performance and delayed responses from the application.

  • Final Resolution: 6:59 PM CST (May 13)
    All systems returned to normal operation.


Root Cause:

Currently under investigation. The technical team is actively analyzing system logs and performance metrics to determine the root cause of both the downtime and subsequent degradation.


Impact:

  • Temporary unavailability of the Gracesoft application.
