VRBO Direct Connection

We’ve made it easier than ever to connect your property with VRBO through a direct integration. A unique Self Service Onboarding Pre-Fill URL is now generated under OTA Connectivity, which you can use to activate the connection. Selecting Gracesoft as your channel manager ensures seamless syncing of rates, availability, and bookings—no third-party setup required.

Double Payment Alert for EWR

To help prevent duplicate charges, we've added a safeguard for EWR transactions. If a payment is processed but the booking is not completed, both Gracesoft Support and the property will now receive an email notification. The guest will also be redirected to a failure page, ensuring clarity and preventing confusion.

Adult-Based Discount in Yield Management

We’ve enhanced Yield Management with a new condition: Adult Count.
You can now apply discounts based on the number of adults in a booking—no need to set minimum or maximum values. The discount will automatically apply when the condition matches, giving you greater control and flexibility over your pricing strategy.

We’ve resolved the issue where Airbnb bookings could not be modified through the system. You can now update booking details as needed without any interruptions.

We’ve fixed a critical issue where users were unable to manage reservations from calendar on both the app and mobile website when using iPhone or Android devices. You can now tap on bookings to access full details and perform necessary actions as expected.

Unique Invoice Number for GST Reservations

We’re introducing a unique Invoice Number for every GST reservation to improve Auditing and Reporting. 

Delete Option Disabled for VRBO-Connected Properties

To protect booking integrity, the Delete Reservation option has been removed for properties connected to VRBO. This ensures all VRBO bookings remain synchronized and prevents accidental data loss.

Bookings can still be managed and updated, but deletion is now restricted for smoother channel management.

Total Line Display in Large Reports on Print

We’ve fixed an issue where reports with large data sets were not showing the total line when printed. Now, no matter how many records a report contains, the total line will correctly appear on the printout.

Reservation Rule: Close to Arrival

We’ve enhanced the reservation rule with Close to Arrival feature to allow precise blocking/allowing of bookings arriving on specific days within a set date range. This ensures you can control arrival days better and manage occupancy more effectively.
