• March 23, 2026 (Backup & Restore)
  Time: 11:00 PM – 12:00 AM (CST)
   Expected Downtime: Approx. 1 hour

• March 25, 2026 (Windows Patch Update)
  Time: 11:00 PM – 3:00 AM (CST)
   Expected Downtime: Up to 4 hours

What to Expect

During the maintenance window:

• The EasyInnKeeping application will not be accessible

• GraceSoft services will be temporarily unavailable

• Online bookings will be paused

• OTA integrations (Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, and others) will be temporarily suspended

Why This Maintenance Is Necessary

• Server Backup & Restore (March 23)
  Full system backups will be taken and restore processes will be validated to ensure data safety and recovery readiness.

• Windows Patch Updates (March 25)
  Latest operating system updates and security patches will be applied to improve system protection and performance.

Why This Is Important

These updates help us to:

• Enhance system security and protect against vulnerabilities

• Improve stability and reduce unexpected issues

• Ensure reliable and consistent performance

• Strengthen backup and disaster recovery capabilities

Recommended Preparation

To avoid any operational disruptions, we recommend preparing the following reports in advance:

• Reservation Financial Report

• Check-In / Check-Out Report

After Maintenance

Once maintenance is completed:

• All services will be fully restored

• Online bookings and OTA connections will resume

• A confirmation update will be shared
