As part of our recent upgrade to a new sales and billing system, some customers are required to re-enter their credit card information to ensure uninterrupted service for their software subscription.
Please follow the steps below to update your billing details.
Steps to Update Your Credit Card
Log in to your account
Visit PMS_Login and sign in using your existing credentials.Prompted to Update Card Details
If your subscription requires re-entry of payment information, you’ll see a prompt right after logging in.Click “Update Card Details”
A button labeled “Update Card Details” will appear. Click this to open the billing update form.Enter Your Credit Card Information
Fill in the required billing fields, including your credit card number, expiration date, and billing address.Save the Details
Once everything is entered correctly, click “Update” to update your payment method.Confirmation
You’ll see a confirmation message once your card has been successfully updated.
Deadline to Update: April 28th
To avoid disruption to your subscription and software access, please ensure your card details are updated before this date.
