Overview:

A Unified Inbox collects all your communication in one inbox, meaning you have only got to log into one platform to check and respond to guest messages. This means less time wasted and reduced risk of missed messages.

Inbox Function:
  • Through this “Inbox” tab, we can see the sent and received messages in one window.
  • On the Easy Inn Keeping page, left hand side, click on the “Inbox” tab, a window will open and right top of this page, there is an “Filter” option, using this we can sort out the required data.
  • In addition, there is an option to send the Email or Text manually in this “Inbox” window.
  • On Viewing right side of the window, there is a separate column which contains 2 tabs “Email” and “Text”.
  • On “Email” tab, we can manually enter the “TO” address and send the email to the guest and another way, by choosing the recipient from the list, so that, “TO” field can be automatically feeded on that textbox.
  • On “Text” tab, we can manually enter the mobile number or choose from the recipient list, so that, “TO” field can automatically feeded the mobile number on that textbox.
  • Bulk emails can also be sent to the number of Guests by clicking the “checkboxes” under the “Recipient” list, so that multiple recipients can be selected, then text or email can be sent at one time.

How to send instant Email or Text/SMS on a reservation:

  • Go to the” reservation” tab,” add” a guest detail by filling in the required fields, and save it.
  • In the “Mobile Number” Field, the country code drop-down box can be viewed, click it, and choose the appropriate country code, then enter the mobile number.

NOTE: Mandatory fields for sending the auto email and auto SMS are “Mobile Number” and “Email Id”, should be entered correctly.

  • In another hand, ensure that the right side of the “reservation page”>>on the “Booking Summary” column, in that “Auto Email/Text” checkbox should be “Enabled.”

  • Once the reservation has been successfully done, instant SMS/Text has been sent to the guest.
  • This SMS/Text and Email sent and replied can be viewed on the “Messaging Tab” on the “Reservation page.”
