How to get the credentials from the SQUARE account:

1. Login Square account
2. Under “Applications” section, click on “Open” If there is not application created then create a new one by clicking on the “Plus add” button
   
3. Choose “Production” at the top and then click on “Credentials” in the left pane.
   
4. Copy the values for “Production Application ID” and “Production Access Token”
   
5. Then choose “Location” in the left pane and choose “Production” at the top and copy the values for the “Location ID”
   

How to configure the SQUARE credentials on Easy Innkeeping

• Once the credentials are copied, login Easy Innkeeping.
• Navigate to Setup >> Front Office >> Credit Card
• Choose “Square” from the dropdown for “Easy Innkeeping PMS” and enter the credentials for Application ID, Access token and Location ID and save it.
• Similarly, choose “Square “ from the dropdown for Easy Webrez Online Booking”(Only if you are using Online Booking V2) and enter the credentials for Application ID, Access token and Location ID and save it.
• Once the credentials were entered, make sure make a reservation on both Front Office and Online Booking with a test transaction booking.

NOTE:

• Once the credit card is saved to a reservation then it cannot be viewed.
• You cannot void a transaction but you can do the refund.
