Insert the Online Payment deposit Link:
- Go to Setup>>Front Office>>Advanced>>Reservation Letter.
- Open any existing letter or create a new letter.
- Using the customized tool, insert the tag, under "Merge Tags">>Reservation>>Online Payment Deposit Link.
Go to Setup>>Web booking>>Booking Engine Settings>>under deposit requirements, choose the deposit type and enter amount of percent, then save it. please refer the below screenshot.
Now go to reservation>>Messaging tab>>under "Templates", choose the letter name having the deposit link tag "Online Payment Deposit Link". Choose this letter and send it.
Now this link send to Guest, which the link received in the form of below screenshot:
Once the guest, click the link, it redirects to the "Online Deposit Registration" page. Here all the fields will automatically fetched as shown in the below screen shot:
- Now, the guest will click the "Make payment" and it will take the payment as per the deposit settings defined in the deposit type.
- NOTE: Under Setup>>Front Office>>Accounts>>Credit Card Setup, Easywebrez online booking should configured with any of the payment gateway, so that it will process the payment.
- If not configured with any of the payment gateway, it throws the error message as "Payment Gateway not configured, please contact the property" while making payment.
