Direct Billing Payment type for Online Booking

Gracesoft has rolled out a new payment option for online reservations. Now, guests can conveniently use a company code to make their bookings.

Create Company ledger in Easy Innkeeping

Navigate to Setup → Add on Features → Company Ledger and click Add to create a new Company ledger or Click the available company name to modify the existing company ledger.

Enable “Direct Billing” for EWR reservation

To enable Direct billing as a supported payment method for the Online Booking engine, we need to enable that under, Setup → Front Office → Accounts → Credit Card → Choose Direct Billing under Credit card types and Click Save Changes.

Now Direct Billing Payment option will be enabled on the Online Booking Engine.

How to make an EWR reservation using the Direct Billing payment option

1. Navigate to the EWR booking page.
2. Select the date range, rooms, and other information.
3. On the “Registration Page”, fill in all the mandatory details like guest name, address, contact, and other info.
4. Under “Your Card Information”, choose the CC type as “Direct Billing”.
5. Enter the “Company Code”, then click outside the field. If the Company code is valid it will fetch the Company Name automatically.
6. Then, Agree to the Terms and Conditions and Click on Complete Booking.
7. Once booking is completed successfully, It will be downloaded to PMS with the Direct Billing as payment type with the Company name.
