PriceLab Configuration New

Price Lab Configuration:

Go to SetupàAdd-On-FeaturesàPrice LabsàBasic Setup

Now a small pop window appears.

1. Enter the “Price Lab Account Email”.
2. Enter the “API Token”.
3. Select the “Currency” from the drop-down list.
4. Then “Save” it.

How to create the account in Price Labs and generate the API Token:

Login to the PriceLab account

On the top right corner, Click on the “Account” icon.

Then click on “Settings” from the drop down.

On the Account Settings Page, Copy the “User Email” from profile settings.

Now go to “API Details” and copy the “API token.

Configure the copied email name and API token to PMS and click save.

Adding Listing:

Go to Easy InnKeeping, SetupàAdd On FeaturesàPrice LabsàListing setupàAdd Listing.

Click the Add Listing, and provide the required information.

1. Room Type/Listing: Select the appropriate room type from the drop-down menu (e.g., "Standard Room," "Deluxe Suite," etc.).
2. Name: Give the listing a name that will appear on Price Labs (e.g., "Ocean View Suite," "Luxury 1-Bedroom Apartment").
3. No of Bed Rooms: Enter the number of bedrooms available for the selected room type (e.g., "1," "2," "3").
4. Amenities: List the amenities available for the room type (e.g., "Free Wi-Fi, Air Conditioning, Mini Fridge, Pool Access").
5. Base Price: Enter the standard base price for the listing. This is the starting price from which price adjustments will be made based on demand and other factors (e.g., "$150").
6. Min Price: Provide the minimum price at which the listing can be sold on non-peak days (e.g., "$100").
7. Max Price: Provide the maximum price that this listing can be sold for during peak demand or special events (e.g., "$300").
8. Enabling Auto update price to Easy Innkeeping will Generate the new rate type with the latest pricing from Price Lab, we need to manually sync the rates each time you want to get the sync.

Click Sync once the rate has been added.

1. To sync the Price Lab rate to the PMS, select the Pricelist in Main menu.
2. Click the "Sync Latest Price from Priceless to Easy Innkeeping Now" Button, this will create the Rate type in Easy Innkeeping Rate setup.
