If you are using Firefox:
Click on the menu (three bar icon) at the top-right corner of the browser window
Click on "Options"
Click on "Privacy & Security" on the left-hand side panel
Scroll down to the "Cookies and Site Data" section and click "Clear Data"
Make sure "Cached Web Content" is the only one selected and click "Clear"
Close all browser windows and tabs so the browser can restart completely.
Mozilla Firefox Support
If you are using Chrome:
At the top right, click More (3 dots)
Click "Clear browsing data"
Click the "Advanced" tab
Make sure "Cached images and files" is the only one selected and click Clear Data
Close all browser windows and tabs so the browser can restart completely.
Google Chrome Support
If you are using Microsoft Edge:
Open Microsoft Edge
Click the Settings menu (three dots in the upper-right corner)
Go to "Privacy, search, and services"
Under Clear browsing data, click "Choose what to clear"
Set Time range to "All time"
Check "Cached images and files", then click Clear Now
Edge Support
If you are using Safari (Mac):
Open Safari
Click Safari in the menu bar and choose Preferences
Go to the Privacy tab
Click "Manage Website Data"
Click Remove All, then confirm by clicking Remove Now
You may also go to Develop > Empty Caches (enable Develop menu in Preferences > Advanced)
Apple Safari Support
If you are using Brave:
Click the menu (three lines or dots in the upper-right corner)
Go to Settings > Privacy and Security
Click "Clear browsing data"
Under Time range, select "All time"
Make sure "Cached images and files" is selected, then click Clear data
Close all browser windows and tabs to ensure changes take effect
