How to clear cache

For Firefox Users, Please follow these steps:

  • Open Firefox browser, at the top right corner, you can see the three horizontal bars.
  • From the list, select “Settings.”

  • Click on “Privacy & Security”, under the “Cookies and Site Data” click on “Clear Data.”

  • Now, a window will pop out. Select “Cached web content.”

For Chrome Users, Please follow these steps:

  • On the Chrome Browser, go to the top right corner and click on the “three dots.”
  • Click “Clear browsing data.”

  • Click on the “Advanced” tab
  • Make sure “Cached images and files” is the only one selected and click “Clear Data.”

  • Please close down all your browser windows and tabs so the browser can restart completely.

For Microsoft Edge Users, Please follow these steps:

  • Open Microsoft Edge.
  • In the upper-right corner of the browser, select “Settings.”
  • Select Settings, then click on “Privacy, search, and Services.”

Under Clear Browsing Data, click “Choose What to Clear”

  • Time range, choose “All Time.
  • Check “Cached images and files” then select Clear Now.
