HOW TO CREATE A CONDO OWNER
- In the Easy Inn Keeping page, go to Condo ->Add Owner
- Complete all the mandatory fields in the Add Owner window. (Owner name, Owner Address, Email Address, Owner Percentage, Management Percentage).
- Then, click on the “Save” button.
- Now the added owner will be saved successfully and displayed on the screen.
ASSIGN ROOMS TO CONDO OWNER
- After creating the owner, condo units must be assigned to the appropriate owner.
- Go to Setup>>Front office>>Basic>>Unit Set Up.
- From the Room list screen, click on any “Room Name” that needs to set the condo units.
- Scroll down the page and click on >>Advanced Settings.
- Under “Owner Name,” enable the checkbox for the owner’s name, and click on the “Save Changes” button.
- Now the condo units are assigned to the selected owner.
- The condo unit assignment is required to display the unit’s name under the selected condo owner on the condo booking portal.
HOW TO DELETE THE OWNER
- To delete the owner details, click the checkbox, behind the “no” and click the “Delete Owner” button.
- Now the selected owner will be deleted successfully.
