How to add condo owner

HOW TO CREATE A CONDO OWNER

  • In the Easy Inn Keeping page, go to Condo ->Add Owner
  • Complete all the mandatory fields in the Add Owner window. (Owner name, Owner Address, Email Address, Owner Percentage, Management Percentage).

  • Then, click on the “Save” button.

  • Now the added owner will be saved successfully and displayed on the screen.

ASSIGN ROOMS TO CONDO OWNER

  • After creating the owner, condo units must be assigned to the appropriate owner.
  • Go to Setup>>Front office>>Basic>>Unit Set Up.
  • From the Room list screen, click on any “Room Name” that needs to set the condo units.
  • Scroll down the page and click on >>Advanced Settings.
  • Under “Owner Name,” enable the checkbox for the owner’s name, and click on the “Save Changes” button.
  • Now the condo units are assigned to the selected owner.
  • The condo unit assignment is required to display the unit’s name under the selected condo owner on the condo booking portal.

HOW TO DELETE THE OWNER

  • To delete the owner details, click the checkbox, behind the “no” and click the “Delete Owner” button.
  • Now the selected owner will be deleted successfully.
