Condo Owner Portal

Overview:

In the classic version, Condo Owners logged in through a separate link. In the latest Breakthrough version, Condo Owners will login through the Easy InnKeeping login page.

Condo Owner login through Esay Innkeeping: 

• Enter the Easy InnKeeping login link https://apps.gracesoft.com/pmsui on the “Address bar”.
• Enter the Property Shortname.
• Enter the Condo owner login name (which was created under the property condo page).
• Enter the password (which was created under the property condo page).

• After logging in the condo owner will see the calendar in “Detailed” mode.
• Under the room name, the calendar displays only the rooms associated with this condo owner.

Make a reservation for condo unit:

• Click and drag on the date cell, now a small pop-up window will appear.
• Choose “New Reservation”. Enter the guest information and payment information on the reservation screen and “Save” it.

• Now, the saved reservation can be viewed in detail on the calendar
• (IE: Reservation#, no. of guest, the amount due, the status of the reservation).

Block the rooms:

• Click on any of the cells, to be blocked, a new window pops out, choose “Block.”

1. If you want to block all the rooms “Select All” or else choose the room by enabling the checkbox.
2. Select the date range.
3. If you want to give the reason for blocking the room, enter the reason (it is optional), and save

• Now, the selected date range has been blocked successfully.

• When you mouse over the blocked rooms, you can see the reason notes “set new door”

Unblock the rooms:

• Click on the blocked cells, “Unblock Rooms” window will appear.
• Select the date range and click on “Unblock”.
• Now the blocked cells can be released and shown as available for booking.
