PROPERTY INFO
The Property Info screen serves as a comprehensive hub for all essential details concerning your property. Here, you’ll find key information such as the property name, address, phone numbers, and the primary property email address. This centralized location ensures easy access to vital contact details.
To View or Update your Property Info:
Go to Setup>Front Office>>Property Info.
- Click on the “Modify Property” option to enter the editing mode. Here, you should be able to update details such as the property name, address, phone numbers, email address, and any other pertinent information.
NOTE: Please ensure to review all information in each field upon entering the Property Info screen for the first time or after a prolonged absence. This allows for necessary corrections to be addressed promptly
Changing Passwords:
- Login credentials for both the Main Property Login (or Main Admin Login) and the View Credit Card Password can be located within the Property Info screen.
- It’s important to note that only the Main Property Login has the necessary access privileges to modify either password.
NOTE: To update the password for the Main Property Login or the View Credit Card password, simply substitute the encrypted text with your desired password and then save the changes. If the password fields appear greyed out, it indicates that another user has logged in, aside from the Main Property Login.
To View or Update your Property Email and Mobile Phone:
- Navigate to Setup > Front Office > Property Info. Click on “Modify Property“.
- Under “Contact Details” you’ll notice an “Update” button next to each field. Pressing the “Update” button will trigger an email to the address already listed in the Email Address field. This email will contain a link to a page where changes can be made.
- If you need to change the email address, click the link provided in the email. This will redirect you to a new page where you can enter the new email address.
- Once entered, simply press the “Update” button to finalize the change.
- If you’re updating the mobile number, click the link provided in the email. This will take you to a new page where you can input the new mobile number.
- After entering the new number, click “Verify“. A code will be sent to the mobile number you provided. Enter the code you received and then press “Update” to confirm the changes.
