Restaurant Point of Sale Navigation

Go to Setup>>POS>>Select the Outlet as “Restaurant.”
Now it lists the created POS items for the restaurant under the inventory items.
Select Table type, table number, Occupancy, Captain name, and Waiter name.
Now the selected food item will shown on the description with price details.

Under this item name, using the edit icon, you can add the instruction, change the price manually, modify the quantity, and so on. Then Click on “Send Order”
Now your order has sent to the kitchen successfully.

If you want to apply any discount, click on “Discount” and choose the discount type either “Flat Amount” or “Percentage.”

Now the discount will be applied to the bill successfully. Then click on the “Pay” button.

Two ways of adding POS payment

New Customer: If it’s a new customer, you can add the account code (mode of payment, ie: cash, cards, etc) and Amount.

Checked-in Guest: If the guest is already checked in, select “Checked-in” and select the guest from the “Guest” drop-down list.

Room Name: You can add this POS to the Room name.

For example, from the above image, “Add room” has been selected, under guest the selected room was “Tent House 1”.
Now this POS charge has been added to this room reservation under the billing section.
