You can manage the amenities of all the room types in your property under the Amenities setup. To access the amenities, go to Setup >> Front Office >>Basic >> Amenities.
You can see the list of existing Amenities displayed here. To add a new Amenity, Click on ADD.
Enter the Name, and description and upload a picture file of the Amenity (optional). Then, click on Save.
- To Add an Amenity to a Room Type/Unit. Go to Setup>>Front Office>>Basic>>Room Type/ Unit Setup.
- Under “Advanced Settings”, a list of amenities is placed under “Property Amenities”.
- Using the “Forward and Backward” arrows, select the amenities for the appropriate room type or unit.
