OTA Disconnection from different providers

Disconnect a connectivity provider for Booking.com


  1. Log in to the Booking.com Extranet: Navigate to your Booking.com account and sign in.
  2. Select the relevant listing: Choose the specific property you want to disconnect from the connectivity provider.
  3. Access Connectivity Provider settings: Go to the "Account" menu and select "Connectivity Provider". 
  4. Disconnect the provider: Click on "Disconnect" or "Deactivate" to remove the connectivity provider from that listing. 
  5. Confirm the action: You may need to confirm the disconnection in the Extranet or through the connectivity provider's platform. 

Disconnect a connectivity provider for Expedia

Use the Expedia Connectivity settings tool to disconnect a connectivity provider.
To disconnect a connectivity provider:
  1. Select Connectivity Settings under Rooms and Rates in the menu.
  2. Select Disconnect.
  3. Select which service you want to disconnect.
  4. Select Confirm to remove the connection.
Once the connection is disconnected, manually manage rates and availability through Expedia Group Partner Central. Rates and availability that were previously sent through the connection will remain until manually updated.
